Rustikat combines the talents of owners Fred and Kathy Riggs. Fred with 26 years of radio and television experience was known on the airwaves as Rusty Springs and Kathy's start in photography occurred 22 years ago as a newspaper reporter. The two met in 1983 and were married in 1984, the same year they merged their talents into a photography business. By simply combining their first names they coined the word Rustikat.
